Scripture Text: Matthew 8:1-4 Preacher: Rev. David Sutherland Date: 7 October 2018
Today we begin a series of studies of the ten miracles of Jesus recorded in Matthew’s Gospel, Chapters 8 and 9.
The subject of this sermon is the cleansing of a leper. It considers the significance of Jesus’ physical contact with the leper and of the immediate cure which followed, and reflects on the nature of the command that Jesus gave to the healed man.
